iAM™ represents the core philosophy behind Mike Johnson's sales training series and provides the foundation for all of his courses. iAM™ is also offered as a discrete course.

When we are born, we enter the world perfectly engineered with all the motivation and abilities needed to excel. Shortly after, the outside world begins to overwrite our originality. Parents, friends, teachers and others impose their views upon us. We become a counterfeit of our original self.

Put in different terms, we are born with all the resources and an operating system (our brain) we need to accomplish whatever we want in life.  Over the years, outside influences reprogram and corrupt our operating system, so we no longer perform at peak level.
